After graduating law school with honors, Patrick S. Preller clerked for the Honorable Maurice W. Baldwin on the Circuit Court of Maryland for Harford County. Following his clerkship, Mr. Preller accepted an appointment as an Assistant State's Attorney in Baltimore City, where he prosecuted thousands of felony narcotic, general felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases. Since 2004, Mr. Preller has worked in private practice at the law firms of Rosen and Esterson and the Preller Glass Law Firm, LLC. As a prosecutor and in private practice, Mr. Preller has tried dozens of criminal and civil cases before a jury. Mr. Preller also teaches Fourth Amendment and Criminal Procedure as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore.
